With FBI Director James Comey having sufficiently stolen the thunder, Attorney General Loretta Lynch quietly announced on Wednesday that the Justice Department will not pursue charges against Hillary Clinton or her aides and will close out the investigation into her use of a private email server.
And while the news factor was minimal, given that Lynch had previously said she will follow the FBI’s recommendation, the announcement did provide social media users with an opportunity to have a little snarky fun.
As Jimmy Buffett says in “Changes In Latitudes, Changes In Attitudes,” if we couldn’t laugh, we would all go insane.
