Angry fans take action against ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Jesse Williams after wild anti-white people rant

“Grey’s Anatomy” star Jesse Williams recently made an extremely controversial speech accusing white people of wanting to kill blacks and now angry fans are demanding that the show’s producers fire the actor for his hate speech.

The ranting, hate-filled speech Williams disgorged was seen on the Black Entertainment Television awards show broadcast late in June. During his bash whitey speech, Williams said the U.S. was created to “divide and impoverish and destroy” black people. He also attacked white people saying, “this invention called whiteness uses and abuses us.”

Williams, who was born in Chicago of a black father and a white mother, went on to insist all whites want to steal from, oppress, and kill black people.

“We’ve been floating this country on credit for centuries, yo, and we’re done watching and waiting while this invention called whiteness uses and abuses us, burying black people out of sight and out of mind while extracting our culture, our dollars, our entertainment like oil,” he raved.

Among many extremely anti-white statements made during the show that night, Williams’ was the most hate-filled.

Now angry fans want producers of the long-running TV fantasy medical drama to dump the racist actor from the show.

As the Daily Mail reports, a petition has been started to have Williams fired.

The petition filed at the website is demanding that ABC take responsibility for Williams’ “racist rant.”

“Jesse Williams spewed a racist, hate speech against law enforcement and white people at the BET awards,” the petition says.

“If this was a white person making the same speech about an African American, they would have been fired and globally chastised, as they should be, but there has been no consequences to Williams’ actions,” it adds.

“There’s been no companies making a stand against his racist remarks and no swift action condemning his negative attitude,” the request continues. “Jesse’s rant only fuels racism and further divides Americans. All races must unify and take a stand against this.”

Only a few days after being posted the petition already garnered over 18,000 signers.
