What the Obama administration said could never happen, happened — again.

Another Guantanamo Bay detainee who was released apparently flew the coop.

Syrian national Jihad Ahmed Mustafa Dhiab, who the Obama administration released to Uruguay in 2014, has disappeared and is believed to have crossed the border into Brazil, notwithstanding that Uruguayan authorities were supposed to have kept him under tight surveillance.

One could laugh, but these are, after all, Islamic terrorists we’re talking about.

“We are coordinating with officials in Brazil and Uruguay to determine his whereabouts,” an unnamed U.S. official told The Washington Post.

Good luck with that one.
