And what a year it has been.
From his feud with Fox News’ Megyn Kelly to his defeat of “Lyin’ Ted,” his march to victory has been one for the record books. While few gave him much of a chance when up against 16 seasoned politicians, one year later the presumptive Republican presidential nominee finds himself matched up against Democrat Hillary Clinton in the general election.
Speaking of Clinton, her campaign took to social media to mark Trump’s one year anniversary. Ironically, if Trump watched the video meant to disparage him, he’s likely to agree with much of the content:
One year ago today, @realDonaldTrump announced his campaign for president.
