Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is walking back his support for Donald Trump.

Although Walker has repeatedly endorsed the presumptive Republican presidential nominee in the past, Trump’s criticism of U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is hearing a case filed against the now-defunct Trump University, has caused him to reconsider — at least until after the convention next month.

“It’s just sad in America that we have such poor choices right now,” Walker said of the major party front-runners.

“He’s not yet the nominee. Officially that won’t happen until the middle of July,” Walker said of Trump. “In particular I want to make sure that he renounces what he says, at least in regards to this judge.”
