It takes a lot of nerve to give a speech about income inequality while wearing a jacket that costs more than many people’s cars.
Fortunately for Hillary Clinton, she has that kind of nerve.
The New York Post reported that Clinton gave a speech in April in which she detailed her plans to close the “wage gap” while she was wearing an Armani jacket worth $12,495.
As Zero Hedge noted, that jacket price is higher than a brand new Nissan Versa automobile.
Nissan listed the MSRP for the Versa as $11,990.
Not surprisingly, Clinton received angry backlash on social media.
