Avid Bernie Sanders supporter Susan Sarandon said Friday “it’s inevitable” that Hillary Clinton will be indicted over her use of a private email server.
Part of an effort that will continue on to the Democratic convention in Philadelphia next month, the far-left actress told MSNBC’s Chris Jansing that it was a foregone conclusion that the FBI will criminally charge Clinton.
“Nobody’s even talking about this indictment. What happens with that?” Sarandon said.
Jansing reminded her that no indictment has been handed down against Clinton.
“No, but there’s going to be,” Sarandon countered. “There’s going to be. I mean, it’s inevitable.”
Sanders supporters are “feeling the Bern” over an expected Clinton nomination in July and plan to unite on behalf of their candidate in Philadelphia — they’ve set up an “Occupy DNC Convention 2016” website to help facilitate the event.
