The father of a woman murdered by serial killer Michael Madison couldn’t wait any longer for justice.

Van Terry, whose 18-year-old daughter Shirellda Terry was among Madison’s victims, was giving his victim statement when he took matters into his own hands, the New York Daily News reported.

“How are you doing, your honor, my name is Van Terry, father of Shirellda Terry,” he said. “Right now, I guess we’re supposed to, in our hearts, forgive this clown.”

Madison smirked and taunted the Terry family and the families of his other victims, 38-year-old Angela Deskins, and 28-year-old Shetisha Sheeley, according to the News.

“He touched our families, taking my town …” Terry said before he stopped and stared at Madison.

Terry then charged at Madison and lept across the table grabbing at his throat.

He was pulled off of the killer by authorities as Madison smiled.
