President Obama’s big plans for D-Day throw Curt Schilling into a profanity-laced tirade

It would be an understatement to say Curt Schilling is unhappy with President Obama.

The former Boston Red Sox pitcher went off on the president over plans to host the Denver Broncos at the White House on Monday to celebrate their Super Bowl victory.

Though it is a long standing tradition for a president to host the Super Bowl champions, Schilling called Obama out for an “intentional slight at our past” by planning the date on the anniversary of  D-Day.

Reaction on social media was mixed as users weighed in on Obama’s plans and Schilling’s rant.
