New Yorkers send a very visual message to Mayor de Blasio over his Chick-fil-A boycott

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s words appear to have fallen on deaf ears.

Or perhaps New Yorkers are tired of the liberal mayor interfering with their food choices.

Last week, de Blasio called for a boycott of popular restaurant chain Chick-fil-A, claiming the company’s stance on traditional marriage discriminates against the LGBT community. The mayor was openly blasted by Evangelist Franklin Graham, who called him out for his intolerance and bullying.

Apparently, New Yorkers have sent the mayor a message of their own, flocking to the restaurant’s two midtown Manhattan locations and creating lines that sometimes stretch around the block, Fox News reported.

Chick-fil-A’s sales are doing so well, in fact, that the company is planning to open up at 12 more locations in the city over the next year, according to Fox.
