David Clarke has got a little truth to tell about a forbidden subject.

“You’re a racist. I’m a racist. Everybody’s a racist,” the outspoken Milwaukee County sheriff said on “Fox & Friends Weekend.” “This word gets overused,” he said. “it hardly has any meaning anymore,” adding that Hillary Clinton calling Donald Trump a racist is “a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black.”

Clarke noted that Clinton is a recipient of the Margaret Sanger Award, named after the founder of Planned Parenthood.

“She embraces that award. She embraces the support of an organization that kills more black babies than any other race,” he said.

He observed that the Democratic Party has a history of racism from the Civil War through its unsuccessful attempt to block the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“Her party has a history of racism. So I’m not going to sit up here and be lectured by Mrs. Bill Clinton, about who is a racist or who is not a racist.”

He also took on Republicans who, dissatisfied with Trump as the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, have said they’re going to sit this election out.

“When I hear crazy talk like running another candidate or writing someone else’s name in, that is tantamount to playing Russian roulette with a semi-automatic handgun,” Clarke said.

Instead of pledging “never Trump,” voters should be thinking “never Mrs. Bill Clinton.”
