While pro-Donald Trump supporters were out showing support for their candidate, violent anti-Trump protesters sprayed five of the supporters, including two little girls ages 8 and 11 years-old, with pepper spray, according to an Associated Press report.

The clash took place in Anaheim, California outside the area’s city hall where there was a motion being debated about whether or not the local City Council should condemn Trump.

Trump supporters peacefully showed support outside the City Hall, when they were met with pepper spray from an anti-Trump protesters, who then fled the scene. Police said they are now looking for the man.

Three Trump supporters hit with the pepper spray were treated at the scene and in video footage captured by KNBC-TV the two young girls can be seen being comforted by another woman who was a Trump supporter.

The girls said their mouths and eyes hurt from the pepper spray.

In another incident, a woman who was out supporting Trump with the group “We the People Rising,” said she was hit with the pepper spray in her face and that an anti-Trump protester actually jumped on one of her friends.

“I just think they’re so out of control,” the Trump supporter told the Los Angeles Times. “I’m so sick of the anger in this country.”
