Fox’s legal expert Judge Andrew Napolitano thinks the FBI has enough evidence to indict Hillary Clinton.
He told Fox News host Bill O’Reilly on Thursday that it is foolish legally for her to talk to the FBI but conceded she may have to do it to score political points.
O’Reilly asked Napolitano if he was “ashamed” that he has “convicted her on television.”
“The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming,” he said.
“The FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict,” he told O’Reilly, but conceded that Attorney General Loretta Lynch actually indicting her may not happen for political reasons.
He said, he is “100 percent certain” that the evidence is there and said he wouldn’t be surprised if FBI Director Jim Comey resigned if he recommended an indictment and Lynch chose not to.
