If this doesn’t encapsulate the Obama presidency nothing will.

Yes, tax cheat Al Sharpton is a frequent guest at the White House, but has someone’s ankle monitor ever gone off while visiting the president?

It has now.

William Leonard Roberts II, better known to rap fans as Rick Ross, was at the White House this weekend with other rappers Nicki Minaj, Busta Rhymes, J. Cole, Wale and DJ Khaled, ironically to support the president’s “My Brother’s Keeper,” a program designed to keep black men out of trouble with the law, when his ankle monitor went off, TMZ reported.

And what a role model for the program Ross is! The rapper wears the monitor as a condition of an arrest in June 2015 for pistol whipping and kidnapping one of his coworkers.

The president had just finished speaking when Ross’ monitor “ripped the silence,” TMZ reported.
