One could say Hillary Clinton was awash in money. Then again, what’s new?

Lively Bernie Sanders supporters “showered” Clinton‘s motorcade with 1000 $1 bills Saturday night as she arrived at a fancy schmancy $34,000-a-plate Hollywood fundraiser.

The event took place at the home of actor George Clooney in Los Angeles and among the liberal elite in attendance were Jeffrey and Marilyn Katzenberg, Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw, according to The Hill.

“Only in America would an Iranian-born immigrant son of a taxi driver and maid trying to help elect our first woman president be protested at his home,” Pishevar told The Guardian.
