In a rare interview with Fox News, President Obama admitted what he believes is his worst mistake.

Chris Wallace was doing what he called a “lightning round” of questions about the president’s time in the White House.

“Worst mistake?” Wallace asked.

“Probably failing to plan for the day after for what I think was the right thing to do in intervening in Libya,” he told Wallace.

What makes that more poignant is that it was Hillary Clinton who was serving as secretary of state at the time and who pushed for the intervention, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

It was also where the president made his now infamous declaration that the U.S. was “leading from behind” as the Europeans took the lead on the military operation.
