‘The View’ hosts coddle Clinton with embarrassing softballs; ‘handled Hillary like a woman’

The women of ABC’s “The View” took butt kissing to a whole new level when they interviewed Hillary Clinton on Tuesday.

In fact, to call it an interview is a disservice to legitimate interviews; It was more of a campaign rally.

One by one the panel laid in softballs and Hillary knocked them out of the park.

Joy Behar kicked it off by asking Clinton about how unfair sexism was to her and asked her to opine on the things that Donald Trump says that those on the left don’t like.

“What do you think would happen to women if a Republican — if Trump wins, God forbid?” she asked the candidate.

In true Clinton fashion, she listed things that Trump has said, out of context of course, to a receptive audience full of supporters.

Behar went on to ponder why people don’t trust Clinton and acted as if she couldn’t possibly imagine any good reason that would be the case.

“There are people out there who have this idea that you’re not trustworthy, that they don’t like you for some reason, what is that about in your opinion?” she asked.

Clinton responded by saying that she is trying to “figure out what’s behind it.”

Perhaps someone needs to remind her about her handling of Benghazi where she allowed four Americans to die, Whitewater, mishandling classified information, the Clinton Foundation, to name a few.

Paula Farris managed to be the only person on the panel who gave Clinton any tough questions when she asked the former secretary of state if she thinks she will ever get past her email scandal.

“I’m sure I will, because there’s nothing to it,” she said brushing it off.

But even then Farris set aside her journalistic credibility when she asked Clinton such hard-hitting questions as what her favorite shows to binge-watch are and what the top three songs are on her playlist.

All this before she asked her to pose for a selfie with the hosts.

Not exactly the same treatment Carly Fiorina received when the crew basely attacked her looks … or when they essentially verbally assaulted Ben Carson …

Or the daily barrage of attacks Trump gets by the hosts.
