Conservative radio host Mark Levin is concerned that Republicans are going to get “blown out” in the general election this November.

Speaking on his syndicated radio show on Friday, Levin questioned the prudency of front-runner Donald Trump’s penchant for tweeting inflammatory things, like the picture he recently retweeted mocking the looks of Ted Cruz’s wife Heidi comparing her to his wife, Melania.

“Do you think this is going to help the Republicans win?” Levin asked rhetorically before answering himself. “No.”

“As a matter of fact,” he said. “I’m starting to think we’re not going to win. It’s actually been in the back of my mind for some time now. I fear we’re going to get blown out, and part of it is tactics, and part of it — quite frankly — is Donald Trump’s tweeting problems.”

The recent Twitter war with Ted Cruz, that Levin bemoaned throughout his broadcast, started after an anti-Trump SuperPac posted a naked picture of Melania Trump. The billionaire responded by threatening to spill the beans on Heidi Cruz.

“He tweets like he has Tourette’s, like he’s obsessed. Nothing personal, but it gets crazier and crazier, and it’s turning off more and more people,” he said before mentioning that the front-runners support in every category other than blue-collar workers is dwindling.

“These negative numbers are coming in big time,” he said. “A negative view of Trump: 70 percent of women, 72 percent of millennials, 83 percent of blacks, 77 percent of Hispanics. Here you go, 68 percent of suburbanites.”
