Does Hillary Clinton think before she speaks?

If her victory speech on Tuesday is any indication, the answer is no.

Not embarrass the country you say?

Does she mean like having relations with an intern in the oval office and having it plastered on the front page of tabloids worldwide?

Or does she mean more like blaming a planned terrorist attack on a YouTube video?

Who knows. Social media certainly had fun trying to guess.
