If Scalia’s funeral ‘were held in a mosque . . .’ Trump burns Obama like holy water to Satan

As thousands gathered in Washington D.C. to attend the funeral of the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia the Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump slammed President Obama‘s absence with one brilliant tweet.

Some social media users shared his sentiment.

That’s why he had the crosses covered up when he went to that church awhile back.

Suicide bombings and beheadings of Christians aside.

  2. Cindy says:

He didn’t go because he’s muslim. A Catholic funeral mass is full of symbolic traditions. A Muslim can NOT partake in them. For instance…communion. A muslim can NOT take communion! That is why he didn’t go

He is a low-life piece of excrement not worthy to have Justice Scalia wipe mud on him….that is why he didn’t go.

Man, I guess I was right after all. Anyone who hates Obama is a racist, bigoted, black-hating turd. No doubt about that.

Exactly what did Bush and Cheney do for you in the 8 years they allowed wall street to run amock and got rich off a war you and I paid for with our Social Security benefits? Absolutely nothing but your prejudice blinds you to all the benefits President Obama has put in place after Bush and Cheney brought our country to its knees.

Too bad Fox missed Reagan skipping the Abe Fortas and Potter Stewart funerals, or Goerge Bush dissing the funeral for William Rehnquist. Maybe it’s only white Presidents who have permission to skip Supreme Court funerals. History will record the Age of Obama as the era when the Republican Party and its media cheerleaders were infiltrated and controlled by the Ku Klux Klan. They will not be missed.

These same creeps yapping about respect are the same creeps who haven’t shown this President an ounce of respect since he has been in office.

Scalia was an evil, flawed man who twisted the law to his perverted use, gleefully accepted bribes, refused ro recuse himdelf ever and held back significant progress for 30 years. His “originalism” was nonsensical and convuluted at best but truly dangerous and life-threatening at worst. Not a “brilliant jurist. Scalia was so hateful, bigoted, narrow-minded and self righteous, it is amazing the hypocrite even got two minutes of the president’s time!

All we want is the truth.

      1. Tiger says:

That is the truth! And when all we have had for years is half truths and out and out lies it sure is easy to tell the difference.

  7. Jan Kolacy says:

I guess he really showed just how much respect he has for our Judical system….none …He is more important and his time is more important …then to go to a Suoreme Court Judges funeral…after all he spent 2 minutes of his valuable time at the Wake…

    1. Jay Ward says:

Facing questions again on Thursday about the decision, Josh Earnest, the White House press secretary, did not offer a direct answer but implied that one reason was the potential for the extensive presidential security detail to be disruptive.

“Obviously, when the vice president travels to some place, his security footprint is at least a little bit lighter … given his personal relationship with the family and given the president’s desire to find a respectful way to pay tribute to Justice Scalia’s service to the country, we believe we have settled on an appropriate and respectful arrangement … Some people actually want to use the funeral of the Supreme Court justice as some sort of political cudgel,” Mr. Earnest said. “The president doesn’t think that that’s appropriate, and, in fact, what the president thinks is appropriate is respectfully paying tribute to high-profile patriotic American citizens even when you don’t agree on all the issues. And that’s what he’s going to do.”

The decision not to attend Scalia’s funeral was not without precedent. As NBC noted, four out of the past seven funerals for a Supreme Court justice have had either the president or the vice president in attendance (which means nearly half of them didn’t):

Former President George W. Bush attended the funeral for Chief Justice William Rehnquist.

Former President Bill Clinton attended the funerals for former Chief Justice Warren E. Burger and Justice William Brennan but did not attend the funerals for Justices Harry Blackmun or Lewis F. Powell Jr.

Former Vice President Al Gore attended the funeral for Justice Thurgood Marshall.

  8. ElderAmbassador says:

I’m actually glad he did not desicrate the funeral of a truly Good Man and Excellent Jurist by his presence. Keep him away from Anything and Everything we cherish.
