‘Hookers for Hillary’ ramp up campaigning tricks – let the Bill jokes begin

The Nevada group “Hookers for Hillary” is ramping up support and hitting the ground running in an effort to launch Hillary Clinton into the presidential seat.

Moonlite Bunny Ranch brothel owner Dennis Hof is the brain behind the activist group, and it’s not his first rodeo dabbling in politics. In 2008 and 2012, Hof worked “Pimpin’ for Paul” in support of Republican candidate Ron Paul. But times have changed.

The Ranch most recently made headlines when basketball star Lamar Odom had been found there unconscious after a highly publicized overdose.

Today, Hof is hoping to switch gears and is re-focusing back to politics … which he says is good for business. At least one woman at the ranch seems to agree.

“Hookers for Hillary” is “a great way to get, not only the Bunny Ranch’s name out there, but to get more support for Hillary.  Hopefully, maybe people who were not really [political] followers before kind of looked into it and went, ‘Wow, this is big! What’s going on?’” a woman who goes by “Hollywood” told the Guardian.

The prostitutes tell heart wrenching stories of what brought them to work at the ranch, from economic desperation to abuse and addiction.

They are hoping a new president will lead to a brighter future, even if they all aren’t fully on board with Hillary.

“I do think the ‘Hookers for Hillary’ campaign is huge here,” Lee said. “I was told today that this interview was going to be about my support for Hillary, which is amazing. I think she would be an excellent candidate.”

“But I will be caucusing for Bernie Sanders,” Taylor Lee from Houston said.

Ouch.

Naturally, news of “Hookers for Hillary” conjured up an array of Bill Clinton snark:

Here is a video explaining the group’s support for Hillary:
