Knockout game makes comeback in one of most brutal videos yet

Just when you thought the knockout game was a thing of the past, out comes one of the most vile, ruthless and brutal videos yet.

Video posted to social media this week showed a Paterson, N.J. teen approach an elderly man trying to cross the street and then, as the camera operator egged him on, viciously punch the man in the face.

A girl, not seen on camera, could be heard screaming ‘don’t hit him’ in the background before the man was left lying on the street corner, knocked out cold.

The 16-year-old camera operator turned himself into police Saturday and both have been charged with aggravated assault and endangering an injured victim. A manhunt is still underway for the 17-year-old attacker, according to WABC-TV.

No information is currently known about the victim or his medical status.

Paterson Police Director Jerry Speziale released a video of his own Friday night vowing justice.
