Forced to declare that she is not a stripper, actress and Fox News contributor Stacey Dash is threatening to sue a strip club for tarnishing her image to promote an upcoming party.
Deja Vu, a Los Angeles strip club, used a photo from Dash’s 2006 August Playboy shoot to advertise for a birthday party for “Tony,” one of their employees, according to TMZ.
Dash said she is NOT a stripper, as the promotion implies, and did not give the club permission to use the photo, the celebrity gossip and entertainment news site reported.
Seems Deja Vu may want to lawyer up…
