Far left news website the Huffington Post has decided to abandon all illusions of being a fair and impartial news source by vowing to label Donald Trump a racist, xenophobic bully in all stories related to the Republican presidential front-runner.
“Note to our readers: Donald Trump is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, birther and bully who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims — 1.6 billion members of an entire religion — from entering the U.S.,” read the note, which first appeared in a story about the Fox News-Trump feud Wednesday night.
A representative for the Post confirmed to POLITICO that it would be including this note in every story about the candidate going forward.
“Yes, we’re planning to add this note to all future stories about Trump,” the representative told POLITICO. “No other candidate has called for banning 1.6 billion people from the country. If any other candidate makes such a proposal, we’ll append a note under pieces about them.”
This is the second attempt by the Post to undermine the Trump campaign.
In July, the website vowed to print all Trump stories in its entertainment section. A vow they had to abandon as Trump became, far and away, the Republican front-runner.
