Trump says that 2 other GOP candidates want to join him at anti-debate event

Donald Trump hinted that he may have other Republican presidential candidates join him onstage at his alternative event that will benefit wounded veterans.

The GOP presidential front-runner tweeted Thursday morning:

Thursday night will become something of a ratings war between Fox News, which will host the GOP debate, and CNN, which will air the Trump event.

The campaign has not specifically named the Wounded Warrior Project as the group who will receive proceeds, but it has been used to promote the event, nonetheless. According to the campaign, money will go to various veterans organizations.

After appearing on Fox News Channel’s “The O’Reilly Factor” Wednesday, during which host Bill O’Reilly tried to get Trump to change his mind and appear on the debate stage, the real estate tycoon claimed that Fox’s treatment of him was already hurting the network.

“On Greta, 87 percent of the people watching said they would not watch the debate if I’m not in it, Trump tweeted, referring to Greta Van Susteren’s popular Fox News show “On the Record.”

“Wow, what an honor!”

Of course, everyone wanted names:

Veterans applauded the move.

So, who’s going to be the big winner?
