At a campaign stop in Iowa Monday, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton suffered a coughing fit during a speech.

Speaking to the Jewish Federation of Greater Des Moines, Clinton said, “You do talk a lot in this campaign,” as she gulped down water in an attempt to stop the choking. After popping a throat lozenge, Clinton continued the speech in a strained voice.

There was no sympathy to be found on social media, however, Twitter users did try to diagnose the candidate’s ailment…
