Chelsea Clinton bashes Best Actress nominee for opinion that Oscar uproar is ‘racist against whites’

In the ongoing diversity controversy that is the 2016 Academy Awards, enter in: Chelsea Clinton.

The former first daughter slammed actress Charlotte Rampling for her comments, calling them “outrageous, ignorant & offensive.”

Rampling who was nominated for a Best Actress award, said the calls for boycotting the Oscars were a form of racism against whites. 

While many liberals called out the actress for her comments, reaction to Clinton’s post were swift, and certainly not favorable, with many taking the opportunity to slam Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
