President Obama was not shy about patting himself on the back during the State of the Union address Tuesday, but one of his bragging points seemed to be a bit off.
“If you doubt America’s commitment – or mine – to see that justice is done, just ask Osama bin Laden. Ask the leader of Al Qaida in Yemen, who was taken out last year,” he bragged. “Or the perpetrator of the Benghazi attacks, who sits in a prison cell.”
Despite video footage showing a multitude of attackers, apparently the President of the United States thinks that there was only one perpetrator in the Benghazi attacks, and that person is in prison — case closed.
What a giant slap in the face to the victims’ families and the victims themselves who still seek justice for those lost to thoughtless terrorism.
But, as once said, “What difference at this point does it make?”
Social media opined that if the attacks could be pinned to just one person, that person currently does not sit “in a prison cell.”
She’s running for president.
“The perpetrator of the Benghazi attacks..” Who? Hillary Clinton?
