Here we go again with the pen and phone.
The White House Press Office published a “fact sheet” late Monday describing the executive actions President Obama intends to sign to “reduce gun violence and make our communities safer.”
They cover four areas: Expanding the background check system, increasing the role of the ATF, increasing there reporting and treatment of mental health disorders, and promoting smart gun technology.
Background Check System:
Dealers that make a living by buying and selling firearms, whether from a storefront, on the Internet or at gun shows, must be licensed and conducting background checks.
Those who purchase weapons through trusts, corporations and other legal entities will require background checks.
He will increase staff to make the background check system more effective.
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives:
The president proposes expanding the role of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in an effort to enforce gun laws, and is asking for a budget increase for an additional 200 ATF agents for this purpose. He also wants ATF agents to track illegal gun sales through a proposed Internet Investigation Center.
Mental Health:
The president will Increase mental health treatment and reporting to the background check system, including:
One, “dedicate significant new resources to increase access to mental health care,” including a $500 million budget increase for this purpose.
Two, “include information from the Social Security Administration in the background check system about beneficiaries who are prohibited from possessing a firearm.”
And third, to “remove unnecessary legal barriers preventing States from reporting relevant information to the background check system.”
Smart Gun Technology:
Finally, the president proposes that the Departments of Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security increase the research into gun safety technology such as smart guns and promote its use.

The way they will get guns out of the hands of Veterans, is by claiming they all have PTSD, they are unstabe, and we cannot trust them with guns. This WILL happen. Patriotic Americans are Obama’s number one enemy.

He never talks about the gangs in big cities across America or Chicago and Baltimore. He has put his skinny Marxist arm around the neck of our constitution and is squeezing away again.

You forgot the fact, that gun show sales will drop like a rock, when they can’t get the background checks through in a timely manner, and we all KNOW that will be the case. That will prevent the dealers from making a living, and the shows will die.
They control the dealers, and prevent them from being able to operate, and guns will no longer be accessible by anyone. That will put the makers out of business, as well. It is all a huge conspiracy to deny the citizens their Constitutional rights.
Obama is a totalitarian dictator…………plain and simple. He really wants to rule the world.
He thinks he will be appointed to head the UN one world government! NOT! He has a jail cell or a noose awaiting for treason!

Why would the DOD be involved with this? The military is trained to pick up whatever they can find for a weapon if someones malfunctions or is lost for whatever reason, including stripping the dead if need be. How does this apply to “gun safety
technology such as smart guns and promote its use”? Why would the Justice Department even be involved in this? Does Obama actually know the jobs of these people? Is there a complete idiot in the White House?
That last question was obviously rhetorical.
The house needs to refuse funding for all of it and pass laws offsetting it. Attach the laws to a must pass bill so Obama has to sign it!
And EO’s are not law and do not have to be obeyed so Obama can kiss Hitlery’s ass!
Mental health checks? Why is it the liberals always target law-abiding citizens when they say they want to end firearms use by law-breakers?
What extra measures were taken to disarm the black male population of Chicago?

Clearly, there is a problem with

SOLUTION: It should be illegal
for Democrats to own guns.
