The National Rifle Association released a new ad this week, aimed squarely at Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton’s call for more stringent gun control measures without knowing all the facts.
It shows a figure playing Clinton writing a list of New Years’s resolutions at her desk, while “Auld Lang Syne” is playing. The resolutions are, “stop trying to ban guns,” “read the Constitution,” and “meet an actual gun owner in person.”
But at the end we see she was just kidding. As she laughs hysterically, she “X”-s out the resolutions and wads the paper into a ball to throw away.
