While everyone else can be seen running away, one man attempted to catch and hopefully save a woman who leapt from the 11th floor of a building.
It didn’t go well, but he at least survived.
Surveillance footage caught it all, and LiveLeak published the video, along with this description:
A young man tried to save a woman falling from a building’s 11th floor with bare hands on Wednesday in Enshi City in central China’s Hubei Province.
Mr.Feng said he was walking out of a restaurant when he heard someone crying for help from the nearby residential building. He then saw a woman hanging from the 11th floor window.
He was knocked out by the impact and suffered injuries on his knee joints, and had a tibial plateau fracture. His anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments and the medial ligament have been dislocated,” said Li Yanbing, doctor of spinal surgery department, Enshi Central Hospital.
The woman unfortunately didn’t survive but props to this guy for trying to save her even though from that height it was totally in vain.
