Guilfoyle hosts live New Year’s Eve bash, reveals how she’ll top last year’s HOT kiss

U Kimberly_GuilfoyleTwo Fox News favorites are ringing in the New Year together.

Kimberly Guilfoyle will join Eric Bolling Thursday night to host Fox News Channel’s live New Year’s Eve special, “All-American New Year.”

According to FNC, the two will ring in 2016 from the Knickerbocker Hotel in Times Square, beginning at 10PM/ET.

During the program viewers can share their New Year’s resolutions on social media by using the hashtag #foxnews2016.

Guilfoyle talked about the broadcast with BPR in a brief Q&A:

BPR: There’s a lot of competition for New Year’s Eve. Tell readers why they should be locked-in to Fox’s countdown?

Guilfoyle: Fox viewers love politics and they will hear from other major candidate in the race, including Donald Trump, Dr. Ben Carson and Carly Fiorina. What better way to kick off the election year!

BPR: How are you going to top the famous Bob Beckel New Year’s Eve kiss from 2015?

Guilfoyle: With the Trump countdown!

See Kimberly Guilfoyle and Bob Beckel’s HOT KISS: ‘Fox News Channel, where’s my bonus?!’

BPR: Donald Trump is counting down with Fox News at midnight. What are the plans for that 11PM-12AM hour?

Guilfoyle: Trump is going to be with his family so we didn’t want to take him away from them for too much time.  It won’t be a typical Trump interview as it is New Year’s Eve, so you never know what will happen. Viewers are also going to hear from other GOP candidates as well.

It’s going to be a packed show with politics but also we are going to be bringing you some fantastic performances…  some 2016 predictions… and just a lot of fun.  This is the first year Eric and I will host together and we happen to be really good friends outside of work, so I think you should expect a lot of great energy, unpredictable moments and one of the best years yet.

BPR: If you had to describe the year 2015 in brief terms (historically), what would you say? “It was the year . . . ?”

Guilfoyle: Hopefully, the year the West woke up to the dangerous threat of Islamic extremism.

BPR: You already have some major accomplishments under your belt, including publishing a successful book this past year. What’s the next mountain that you want to climb?

Guilfoyle: The next big mountain of course is the 2016 election.  We have a packed year ahead of us with more debates, primaries and the conventions.  That’s what next year is really going to be about.  I hope to continue to be able to lend my voice to the coverage on Fox News… not just daily on The Five but on Fox & Friends and Hannity.   This is by far one of the most unique elections in our lifetime so I hope to take this experience in as much as possible.  And who knows, maybe between November 8 (election day) and December 31st of next year I’ll take a deep breath and write another national bestseller.

BPR: Just for fun . . . If you had to be trapped in an elevator on New Year’s Eve with one of your colleagues from Fox, who would you rather it be and why?

Guilfoyle: Right now, in this elections season… I’d definitely choose “Election Ed”  That’s my nickname for Ed Henry… I’d want to get all the inside scoop of the 2016 campaign.  And what is really going on in the Obama Administration and Hillary’s campaign.  He has such a wealth of knowledge and has been covering DC politics for years, I bet he has some amazing stories he could tell me.
