Samuel L. Jackson hoped San Bernardino terrorists were ‘crazy white dude and not some Muslims’

When he first learned of the terrorist attack in San Bernardino that claimed the lives of 14 people, elitist Hollywood actor Samuel L. Jackson said he was hoping the gunman was another “crazy white dude and not some Muslims.”

Taking his lead from the Obama administration, Jackson expressed sympathy for Muslim-Americans “who have fallen under the veil of suspicion because a few other people who share their religion have committed atrocities,” as delicately described by The Hollywood Reporter.

“When that thing happened in France, we were sitting there going, ‘Oh, my God, these terrorists!'” the actor said in a wide-ranging interview with the entertainment news source.

“And I can’t even tell you how much that day the thing that happened in San Bernardino — I was in Hawaii — how much I really wanted that to just be another, you know, crazy white dude, and not really some Muslims, because it’s like: ‘Oh, shit. It’s here. And it’s here in another kind of way,'” Jackson said.

Jackson seemed perturbed that the attack in California may have cast a shadow of doubt on the Muslim community, giving Americans a “legitimate reason” to be concerned.

“Now, okay, it happened on an Army base and it happened somewhere else,” he said. “But now? It’s like they have a legitimate reason now to look at your Muslim neighbor, friend, whatever in another way.”

Pushing the left’s victimization mentality, the Hollywood moonbat then likened being a Muslim to the plight of young black men.

“And they become the new young black men,” Jackson said.

When asked about golfing buddy Donald Trump, the actor said the Republican front-runner is running a campaign of “hate,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.

“There’s absolutely nothing I can do,” he conceded. “There are some other people who aren’t as open about what he’s saying that are running also, you know, that are just as crazy, that have just as much ill-will toward the common man — and not just the common black man.”

As for who Jackson is supporting, he said the choice is clear.

“I’m forever a Democrat, you know, and I’m gonna vote for Hillary,” he declared. “I mean, I love Bernie — Bernie’s a man of the people — but he can’t win.”
