Folks in a Minnesota town aren’t going to be bullied by atheists who want to take “Christ” out of Christmas.
The Freedom from Religion Foundation was predictably offended by the nativity scene displayed at Wadena, Minnesota city park, Fox News’ Kelly Wright reported. Fearing a lawsuit the city cant afford, officials reluctantly took it down.
That move prompted hundreds of residents to erect their own nativity scenes.
Today, instead of one beautiful symbol that honors the “reason for the season” in the town’s center, Wadena is blanketed in the Biblical scene, according to Fox.
The movement has even given birth to its own Facebook page where it’s receiving tons of support.
Well played people of Wadena, well played.
