A groom captured on camera struggling to maintain his composure as his bride walked down the aisle is melting hearts across America.

The video clip was posted on social media on Sunday and has since gone viral, having been viewed nearly 4 million times.

The groom, identified as Will Ceaser on a Facebook page registered to Alyssa Hudson, can be seen wiping away tears as he tries, and fails, to control his emotions during the ceremony.

The groom’s deep affection for his soon-to-be wife was shared by the bride, who posted on her Facebook page: “I’ve dreamed of this day since I was little. Today I marry my best friend, Will Ceaser. This is going to be perfect. See you at the altar.”

Those who view the video are encouraged to sent it to daytime talk-variety show host Ellen DeGeneres.
