Trump fires off warning shot to GOP; veiled threat strikes fear

Donald Trump doesn’t take criticism lying down.

After he said he would temporarily ban immigration of all Muslims on Monday, virtually every Republican running for president lined up to denounce him and take shots at him.

The Republican presidential front-runner fired back Tuesday night on social media when he tweeted that the majority of his supporters would vote for him if he ran a campaign as an independent.

A pretty obvious threat to tell fellow Republicans to watch their step. The topic became a hot issue on social media with opinions varying wildly.
