A popular left wing cable news figure has removed a picture of Cuban soldiers for Veteran’s Day calling it a mistake but many believe it was no accident.
CNN contributor Marc Lamont Hill posted and tweeted a picture of troops in celebration with the caption “Happy Veterans Day.”
Just one problem.
The soldiers in the picture are Cuban.
What’s worse is that the picture was taken at the 50th anniversary celebration of the Bay of Pigs invasion that left five American servicemen dead, according to Reuters.
Hill deleted the tweet later and admitted his mistake but left it up long enough on Instagram for screenshots to be taken.

Social media shredded Hill for posting the picture intentionally. It’s hard to argue with them as the uniforms don’t look even remotely American.
