A St. Louis county thug just learned his fate for starting fires during the Ferguson riots.

The New York Post reported that Antonio Whiteside, 27, pleaded guilty to attempted arson at the Ferguson Supermarket in April and was sentenced to five years in prison by District Judge John Ross, according to a statement released by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The market where Whiteside set the fire was the same store black teenager Michael Brown committed robbery and it served as the flash point for the riots that broke out following the grand jury’s decision not to indict white police officer Darren Wilson in Brown’s shooting death.

Whiteside was caught by surveillance cameras starting the blaze.

The riots gripped the city for days destroying much of its community and being the proverbial flame that ignited the Black Lives Matter movement.

Is a five-year prison sentence enough?
