The CNBC moderators of the GOP presidential debate found a surprising ally in conservative author and pundit, Ann Coulter.
Following the debate Wednesday, Coulter tweeted that the candidates who were complaining about the moderators were trying to imitate Donald Trump — whom Coulter supports — saying CNBC’s questions were similar to those asked by Fox News and CNN moderators.
Complaints about the CNBC moderators are a ridiculous attempt to imitate Trump. Compare it question by question to the other 2 debates.

Many on social media disagreed with Coulter’s assessment.
