Pop superstar Katy Perry joined Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail appearing at a rally in Iowa for the Democrat presidential front-runner. The love-fest was too much for many Americans who found the relationship slightly creepy.
The rally was also attended by former president, and first husband hopeful, Bill Clinton who called himself Perry’s warm-up act.
“I have never been the warm-up act for Katy Perry before,” the former president said. “I am well aware I am the warm-up act.”

Actually the warm-up act really happened on social media.
Perry “took over” Clinton’s Instagram account and the two gal pals posed for “historic selfies” together.
The pop star even bought her idol a necklace for her birthday that read “POTUS”.
It was tough to tell who was a bigger fan of who.
