chelsea clintonChelsea Clinton was ambushed with questions about her parents’ alleged marital infidelity at a book signing in Austin, Texas on Friday.

Clinton was unruffled by a series of questions by conservative activist, Robert Morrow, who asked her about lingering rumors pertaining to Hillary’s onetime law partner, Webster Hubbell.

“Has your mother ever told you that you’re the daughter of Webb Hubbell, and not Bill Clinton?” Morrow asked Clinton..

“I am so proud to be my parents’ daughter,” Clinton replied, without blinking an eye.

Clinton was promoting her children’s book, “It’s Your World: Get Informed, Get Inspired & Get Going.”  “Your book, you say it’s targeted towards teenage girls?” Morrow asked, as Clinton proceeded to sign his book.

“It’s targeted to kids, actually, girls and boys,” Clinton said.

“Would you say Bill Clinton also targets teenage girls, except for sexual reasons?” Morrow asked.

Clinton demonstrated her thick skin and maintained a smile.

“I would say my book is really resonating with kids,” she smoothly replied. “I was at the Ann Richards School earlier today and I’m so grateful that it’s resonating to the young girls and the young boys that I’ve been talking to across the country.”

She thanked him, and picked up another book to sign.

Clinton undoubtedly handles herself well, but she did, after all, grow up in the White House.
