Fox News coverage of the 2016 presidential election includes a fair share of contributors eager to take a shot at Republican front-runner Donald Trump, and the real estate tycoon has said enough is enough.
Trump took to social media Wednesday to vow that he’ll not do any more shows on the network “for the foreseeable future.”

Critics argue otherwise, pointing to host Bill O’Reilly, the network’s ratings king, saying he’s been overly generous to Trump when it comes to doling out air time. A product of them being friends for a number of years, no doubt.

Trump ‘boycott’; fans take side
But even that relationship took a turn for the worse on Monday, when Trump registered a complaint on social media about “The O’Reilly Factor” refusing to report on a favorable poll, saying Fox News was “not good for me.”
.@oreillyfactor was very negative to me in refusing to to post the great polls that came out today including NBC. @FoxNews not good for me!

Trump later posted this comment:
I am having a really hard time watching @FoxNews.

Things did not get any better on Tuesday, with Trump going after another Fox News host, Megyn Kelly. Again.
Do you ever notice that lightweight @megynkelly constantly goes after me but when I hit back it is totally sexist. She is highly overrated!

Nevertheless, Trump’s decision to avoid Fox News was met with interesting reactions, both favorable and negative — although it’s clear his supporters are with him — with or without the network.
Here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter:
