Fiorina sings about her dog on Fallon, then says THIS about a Muslim US president

Carly Fiorina presented a different—lyrical—side of herself to America when she appeared on “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon Monday, but she didn’t pull any punches on Donald Trump or Ben Carson. And as for a Muslim president, Fiorina would be “fine with that.”

In a gregarious moment, Fiorina sang a song about her dog Snick to the tune of “Rock Around the Clock,” while a shocked Fallon laughed and face palmed, as the audience joined in.

More seriously, Fiorina spoke about foreign policy, describing Russian President Vladimir Putin as “a formidable adversary.”

“He’s very confident. He’s quite funny and charming,” she said.

“But he’s a KGB guy, you know, we should never forget this,” she added. “And he lusts for power, and he’s gathered up a lot of it, and he’s a very bad actor.”

Fiorina said “it’s a very bad thing” that Russia has troops in Syria right now.

Turning the conversation to the presidential race, Fallon said, “Donald Trump has recently said that Vladimir Putin is saying he wants to meet with Trump when he comes here. And that he wants to sit down and have a conversation with him.”

Fiorina took a swipe at Trump, which brought laughs from the crowd. “The two of them have a lot in common, actually,” she replied.  “But, we’ll just leave it at that.”

Responding to Carson’s statement on Meet the Press that he “would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation,” Fiorina said, “I think that’s wrong.”

“I actually believe that people of faith make better leaders,” she continued.

Whether they are Christians, as I am — my faith has sustained me through some very bad times. I’ve battled cancer, I’ve lost a child, I’ve been tested. But whether it’s a person of Christian faith or Jewish faith or Muslim faith or other faiths, I think faith gives us humility, and empathy and optimism. And I think those are important things.

Fallon pressed the question of a Muslim president, “so you’d be fine with that?”

“Yes, I would be fine with that,” Fiorina said.
