Trump FIRES UP 20,000 in Texas, but honeymoon’s almost over for some fans

Not everyone believes Donald Trump used the live primetime coverage of his massive campaign event at the American Airlines Center in Dallas Monday night wisely.

The Republican presidential front-runner received thunderous applause from the crowd of about 20,000 as Trump bragged about himself, bashed his competition, and boasted about his noticeable lack of Teleprompters. But it wasn’t too far into the speech when some viewers seemingly grew weary from something else that was noticeably missing … talk of actual policy.

Conservative firebrand Dana Loesch took to Twitter to post her frustration over Trump’s apparent lack of focus.

And Loesch wasn’t the only one with that observation:

 

Even without policy specifics, for many Trump fans, his fiery rhetoric was just what the doctor ordered.

Finally getting around to illegal immigration, Trump said, “We are a dumping ground for the rest of the world. You people are suffering … I’m in New York, but they’re in New York, too. They’re all over the place. It’s disgusting what’s happening to our country!”

Trump also ginned up the crowd by saying that President Obama “doesn’t know what the hell he is doing.”
