The following two videos are proof that then-President George W. Bush was the perfect leader to lift the American people from the depths of despair following the terrorist attack on U.S. soil by four hijacked commercial aircraft on 9/11.
He let America know that although we may weep and can never forget what happened on that day, we will go on as a nation, as proud, strong Americans.
GEORGE W. BUSH: United we stand. We stand together in the face of this threat. We will play baseball in the midst of the beginning of this war. No matter what the threat may be to us, the United States of America will stand strong and will never be intimidated.
