Well, this ought to inflate Donald Trump’s ego.
Trump has expressed recently that he is a fan of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady but it appears the feeling is, indeed, mutual.
Barstool Sports reporter John Feitelberg took a picture of Brady’s open locker that appears to have one of Trump’s “Make America Great Again” red hats in it.
Brady was one of the most popular sports stars in America until the “Deflategate” controversy over last year’s AFC title game made a good part of the country decide he cheated and destroyed the evidence.
But joining the surging popularity of front-runner Trump could turn that help turn that around.
On the other hand, Brady’s home base of New England is not exactly a home to fans of the Republican Party, so the response on social media has been mixed, with some in disbelief.
