Hillary Clinton: ‘Private sector shouldn’t be allowed to ‘pay to play’’

HillaryThe hypocrisy of Hillary Clinton’s latest stand on corporate greed is enough to make anyone gag.

Clinton expressed her support on Monday for “legislation to ban golden parachutes for private sector workers leaving for government jobs.” according to the New York Post.

“The private sector shouldn’t be allowed to ‘pay to play’ with their former employees,” Clinton co-wrote with Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) on Huffington Post.

“If you’re working for the government, you’re working for the people — not for an oil company, drug company, or Wall Street bank or money manager.”

Eight progressive groups loyal to anti-Wall Street crusader Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) were pressuring Clinton, whose lead over charging socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders is down to 7 points in the latest Iowa Democratic presidential poll, to take a position on the issue.

Surely she meant to include family non-profit scams in that list of no-nos.
