Mia Love can’t hold back tears when Lou Dobbs asks about Planned Parenthood

mia featUtah Rep. Mia Love‘s eyes welled with tears during an interview with Fox News’ Lou Dobbs over Planned Parenthood‘s abhorrent practice of harvesting and selling aborted baby parts.

“It’s absolutely horrific,” Love said on Wednesday. “I get a little bit emotional just thinking about it and seeing what has happened.”

Love continued on, wiping tears from her face.

“It’s our job to protect those who do not have a voice to protect themselves,” she said.

“To see what is actually happening to babies while they’re still alive, it’s, it’s horrific.”

Love went on to say that stopping Planned Parenthood should not be a “right” or “left” issue, but is about what’s “right” and “wrong.”

The first Republican black female congresswoman continued to tear up during the interview, but it didn’t stop her from remaining on point.

“We’ve got to do everything we can … to make sure that we don’t allow this to happen,” Love said.

It seems the people of Utah did America a great service by electing Love to Congress, not just because of her “firsts” but because of her heart.

“As long as I’m here,” Love went on, “it’s my job to do everything I can get my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to see what’s happening, and stand up for what we believe is right.”

“This is who we are as Americans, our job is to protect human life.”
