Bob Woodward, veteran Washington Post reporter, commented on the Hillary Clinton email controversy Monday, saying it “reminds me of the Nixon tapes.”
Woodward, who helped break Nixon’s Watergate scandal as an investigative reporter in the 1970’s, spoke on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” program.
He said to “follow the trail” in Clinton’s emails, and “if things have been erased here, there’s a way to go back to these emails or who received them from Hillary Clinton.”
“The answers are not going to be pretty,” he added.
