A Reno, Nevada, morning news anchor stunned his female co-host — and shook up breakfast for a lot of viewers — with an offbeat explanation of why Amazon is now worth more than Wal-Mart.
“You know why?” KTVN’s John Potter asked co-host Andi Guevara in a video uploaded to YouTube on Saturday. “Because they sell sex toys and Walmart can’t or won’t sell sex toys.”
Ahem.
“They’re trying to eat breakfast,” the clearly embarrassed Guevara said.
But that didn’t deter Potter from expounding on his theory.
“A friend of mine works in the warehouse, he says they sell a ton of them,” he added.
The “smile” on Guevara’s face said it all.
That must have been an interesting set when the cameras cut.
